In recognition of the invaluable contributions made by key workers to society, we have introduced a comprehensive and generous package that aims to ease the path to owning your own home. This initiative rewards essential community workers with financial support that can significantly reduce the financial burden of purchasing a new home.

A brand new Key Worker Package is now available for anyone who fulfils a role regarded as essential for the community, especially in the health, education, security and infrastructure sectors.

Under the ‘Key Worker’ package, for every £25,000 spent on a new Pennyfarthing home we will give you £1,000 Towards Your Deposit, helping you secure your new home with greater ease…

… and it doesn’t stop there, we will also give you;

£1,000 Towards Legal Fees: you will receive a £1,000 contribution towards your legal fees, further reducing the costs associated with home purchase.

£1,000 Voucher to Spend as Desired: to enhance the homebuying experience, we will provide you with a £1,000 voucher, allowing you to invest in personalising your new home or making other important purchases.

By way of example, a home costing £400,000 would make you eligible for a deposit contribution of £16,000, £1,000 towards your legal fees plus a £1,000 voucher, with the £18,000 deducted from the total sale price on legal completion.

• This offer is available on selected plots at Potters Wood, Verwood; Spring Meadows, Fontmell Magna and Whitsbury Green, Fordingbridge.
• A worker who fulfills a role regarded as essential for the community, especially in the health, education, security, and infrastructure sectors.
• Armed Forces also have access to the ‘Forces: Help to Buy’ scheme, which was made a permanent initiative in January 2023.
• This offer is available to Armed Forces and Key Worker Personnel who purchase a new Pennyfarthing property.
• Armed Forces and Key Worker Personnel are entitled to receive a £1,000 discount per £25,000 towards the overall purchase price of the property, up to a maximum contribution of £25,000.
• Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the discount at the time of reserving a property and before any other offer is applied.
