  • We agree to pay you 5% of the asking price. (e.g. If you reserve a home with a purchase price of £470,000 we would pay you £23,500. This is calculated as follows: £470,000 x 5% = £23,500) The payment will be available via a variety of internal incentives, including, but not limited to – Stamp duty contribution, extras within the home, mortgage paid contributions, Pennyfarthing Promise, legal fees and high street vouchers. This can not be substituted for a cash discount.
  • All extra’s must be chosen from the range of choices and extras held by Pennyfarthing Homes, and can not be used with a third party company.
  • All mortgage payment contributions are subject to lender criteria / approval.
  • Apartment incentive includes £7,000 gifted deposit, £3,000 in John Lewis vouchers, money towards your legal fees, flooring throughout the apartment and kitchen appliances (Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer) included.
