We have launched an online public consultation, inviting community feedback on its proposed housing development of up to 67 new homes on Land South of Milford Road in Lymington.
The proposed scheme will feature a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom high-quality homes, catering to a diverse range of residents including first-time buyers and growing families and downsizers. A significant portion of these homes will be designated as affordable contributing to the local housing needs and stimulating economic growth in the area. The scheme will also include public open spaces and pedestrian footpaths connecting to neighbouring areas, enhancing accessibility and community cohesion.
