Pennyfarthing Homes is thrilled to announce the launch of an innovative 'Key Worker' package, designed to assist essential community workers, including those in the health, education, security, and infrastructure sectors, in their quest for homeownership.

In recognition of the invaluable contributions made by key workers to society, Pennyfarthing Homes has introduced a comprehensive and generous package that aims to ease the path to owning your own home. This groundbreaking initiative rewards essential community workers with financial support that can significantly reduce the financial burden of purchasing a new home.

Under the 'Key Worker' package, for every £25,000 spent on a new Pennyfarthing home we will give you £1,000 towards your deposit, helping you secure your new home with greater ease, and it doesn’t stop there, we will also give you;

  • £1,000 Towards Legal Fees: you will receive a £1,000 contribution towards your legal fees, further reducing the costs associated with home purchase.
  • £1,000 Voucher to Spend as Desired: to enhance the homebuying experience, we will provide you with a £1,000 voucher, allowing you to invest in personalising your new home or making other important purchases.

By way of example, with a Pennyfarthing home with a purchase price of £400,000, a buyer would be eligible for a package, including a deposit contribution of £16,000, £1,000 to cover legal fees, and a £1,000 voucher to spend as they choose. The deposit contribution will be deducted from the total sale price on legal completion, offering immediate financial relief to the buyer.

Speaking about this groundbreaking initiative, Sheetal Smith, Sales and Marketing Director at Pennyfarthing Homes, expressed her enthusiasm for the scheme, commenting: "At Pennyfarthing Homes, we believe that the key workers deserve every opportunity to achieve homeownership without having to go through financial stress.

“Our 'Key Worker' package is our way of giving back to the dedicated professionals in the health, education, security, and infrastructure sectors who work tirelessly to support our society. We are proud to help them secure their dream homes and create a brighter future for themselves and their families.

“The Pennyfarthing Homes Sales Team will go above and beyond to support customers throughout the homebuying journey, keeping them up to date from reservation to move in day to make sure they are well informed at all stages of the homebuying journey.”

Pennyfarthing Homes invites all eligible key workers to explore this exclusive opportunity and learn more about its 'Key Worker' package. This initiative not only acknowledges their vital contributions but also reflects the company's commitment to supporting these community workers.
