“We have been incredibly lucky. Once we saw Fernlea we put our Wimborne house on the market and ended up being able to sell and buy in eight weeks.

“The apartment is finished to a very high standard, so we didn’t have to think about decorating or new appliances. The Pennyfarthing Homes team have been excellent and helped make what can be quite a stressful time into an experience we could both enjoy.
