A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our team working primarily for our sales and marketing director, whilst also providing support for the wider sales and marketing team. This is an extremely varied role which will require you to be IT proficient and well versed in Microsoft Office. You will also act as liaison between our site sales negotiators organising cover rotas and show home administration whilst assisting with the production of our brochures and mailshots.
You will need to be highly organised and detail oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a positive and flexible approach. Previous experience of working in the housing industry an advantage. Own transport is essential.
