We have a fantastic opening for a target driven passionate and positive site sales negotiator to join our team.  With new sites both at the start of their life cycle and a number of developments in the pipeline, this is a very exciting time to be joining our amazing team.

You will have responsibility for achieving new home target sales whilst delivering a first-class seamless customer journey for all our customers, whilst promoting and raising brand awareness of the Pennyfarthing name.

What you will need:

  • Demonstrable record in new home residential property sales
  • Target driven to achieve and exceed sales
  • Discernible customer service skills
  • Excellent command of written English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of CRM databases such as Sitestream or COINS desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Honesty and integrity
  • A committed team player
  • Ambitious and self-motivated

  • Hours – 9.45am to 5.15pm, 5 days a week which will include bank holiday and weekend working
