We have a fantastic opening for a target driven passionate and positive site sales negotiator to join our team. With new sites both at the start of their life cycle and a number of developments in the pipeline, this is a very exciting time to be joining our amazing team.
You will have responsibility for achieving new home target sales whilst delivering a first-class seamless customer journey for all our customers, whilst promoting and raising brand awareness of the Pennyfarthing name.
What you will need:
- Demonstrable record in new home residential property sales
- Target driven to achieve and exceed sales
- Discernible customer service skills
- Excellent command of written English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of CRM databases such as Sitestream or COINS desirable
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Honesty and integrity
- A committed team player
- Ambitious and self-motivated
