Land & Planning Director
Nick Stone joined the Pennyfarthing Homes team as Land Manager in July 2010 and remained in that role until October 2025 when he was promoted to Land and Planning Director. Nick has worked in house building his whole career, including for companies such as Linden Homes. Nick enjoys spending time with his two children, and his favourite pastimes include art, film, listening to music and football.
