Award-winning local housebuilder, Pennyfarthing Homes will be launching a new four bedroom show home at the second phase of its popular Verwood development, Potters Wood on Saturday 11th September.

I drew inspiration from the surroundings and local history of the area so wanted the colour palette and styling to reflect that as well as looking towards 2022 trending colours, such as forest green which connects perfectly with the desire to reflect the development surroundings. I then styled each space to suit its purpose, whether a bedroom for a teenager, the generous garden offering wonderful outside living space, the living room for family life or the study for homework or working from home. Using finishing touches like ceramics, wicker accessories, contemporary wooden furniture, fabulous wallpaper in the downstairs WC and patterned rugs, throws and cushions, all gives visitors an idea of the space and how wonderful these family homes will feel; stylish, welcoming and comfortable.”
In addition to the new homes, Pennyfarthing Homes is providing a raft of improvements to the local community including a substantial area of SANG (Suitable Alternative Natural Green) space to the north and a second to the south west of the site, both comprising woodland and grassland, a wildflower meadow, wet grassland and open water.
