This offer is valid on selected developments and plots only, while stocks last and is subject to availability.

Offer applicable to reservations made between 1st October 2025 and 28th February 2026.

£21,750 can be saved on plot 4, The Northerbury, at Oakwood Grove on the market at £685,000 as of 14th January 2025.

Stamp Duty of up to £25,000 will be deducted on the completion statement at point of legal completion.  This cannot exceed 5% of the asking price of the property being purchased.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or selling scheme and is subject to lender criteria, qualification and acceptance of cash incentives.
