This initiative rewards essential community workers with financial support that can significantly reduce the financial burden of purchasing a new home.
A brand new Key Workers Package is now available for anyone who fulfils a role regarded as essential for the community, especially in the health, education, security and infrastructure sectors.
How does this initiative work?
Under the ‘Key Workers’ package, for every £25,000 spent on a new Pennyfarthing home we will give you £1,000 Towards Your Deposit, helping you secure your new home with greater ease…
… and it doesn’t stop there, we will also give you;
- This offer is available on selected plots at Potters Wood, Verwood; Oakwood Grove, Alderholt; Whitsbury Green, Fordingbridge; The George, New Milton.
- A worker who fulfils a role regarded as essential for the community, especially in the health, education, security, and infrastructure sectors.
- Armed Forces also have access to the ‘Forces: Help to Buy’ scheme, which was made a permanent initiative in January 2023.
- This offer is available to Armed Forces and Key Worker Personnel who purchase a new Pennyfarthing property.
- Armed Forces and Key Worker Personnel are entitled to receive a £1,000 discount per £25,000 towards the overall purchase price of the property, up to a maximum contribution of £25,000.
- Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the discount at the time of reserving a property and before any other offer is applied.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other selected offers.

- Offer not available on Discount Market Units and First Homes (“Starter Homes”).
- This offer is available on residential properties to eligible purchasers buying the property with cash or with the aid of a mortgage.
- This offer is not available on Buy to Let properties.
- Purchasers must be over 18 years of age.
- Pennyfarthing Homes reserves the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.
- Purchasers are required to pay the standard reservation fee for the selected plot.
- The relevant sum will be deducted from the total sale price on legal completion.
