Terms and conditions
- Pennyfarthing Homes will pay up to £25,000 on selected plots on participating developments. This offer is only valid for Potters Wood, Whitsbury Green, Oakwood Grove and Spring Meadows (not applicable on First Homes or DMU properties).
- The maximum contribution is £25,000. This is based on Plot 4, The Northerbury House Type, Alderholt.
- Offer is based on the size of property; 2 bedroom homes will qualify for up to £10,000, 3 bedroom homes up to £15,000 and 4 bedroom homes up to £25,000 – subject to selected plots.
- Total incentive contribution paid as a lump sum on completion of the property or as specified at the time of reservation.
- All offers are subject to the terms of your Reservation Agreement which explains the conditions in which we may retain your reservation deposit.
- Offer available on reservations made on or before 31st January 2025.
