6 First Homes are now available at Hawthorn Place, part of the wider Forde Valley development in Fordingbridge. These homes are part of the Government’s First Homes scheme, supporting local first-time buyers and Essential workers with a more affordable route to homeownership.
Completions are expected from Winter 2025.
In addition, 106 affordable homes will be delivered by VIVID through shared ownership and affordable rent, helping to meet local housing needs.
