Homes at Danes Park deliver a selection of one-bedroom apartments (available through the First Homes Scheme), two and three-bedroom bungalows, and two, three, and four-bedroom houses, providing a wide choice, from first-time buyers and young families to those looking to downsize.
Half of all homes on the development are designated as affordable housing. Of these, 25% will be offered through the First Homes Scheme exclusively for local first-time buyers, with additional properties available for shared ownership and affordable rent to meet local housing needs.
