Ferndown is the largest town in East Dorset and offers a good range of shops with a modern shopping complex, playing fields, Theatre, bars, cafes and restaurants.
There are a range of sporting facilities including a sports centre with a swimming pool and squash courts. The larger centre of Bournemouth is within easy driving distance with its larger shopping centre and beautiful sandy beaches.
The historic town of Wimborne is also within easy driving distance providing additional shopping facilities and places of interest to explore.
